Bugs after November 12 Patch

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pre ordered University, get famous, get together, seasons, city living. All game packs except for strangerville and for stuff packs laundry day, toddlers, romantic garden, movie hangout and spooky stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if I have seen many others experiencing this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the most recent patch before Discover University gets released the new accessibility feature seems broken, there's no text and I can only see a blank frame where the options should be, for the new assigning bed option I can only see "..." same thing with the locking computers and transferring funds options.
What do you expect to see? Text that describes what the options are there for instead of just "..." or the blank frame.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. PC 1.58.63.1010, new patch prior to the release of Discover University.

After talking through direct messages on twitter with EAhelp I was advised to post about the issue in this forum, already tried to remove mods, repair game, reset game completely but none worked so I was told it may be a potential bug. The "..." options do work but I can't really see any text that indicates what they're there for. Here's the screenshots I took for better understanding.

    i have missing textures everywhere from this new update. The dishwasher, apartment doors, sims are completely missing their textures outside (they have a bunch of mixed neon patches and '?' all over them).

    Lots now have a black ground surrounding their foundation.

    Game icons such as Toddler stuff, kitchen stuff etc all have the flying llama logo for missing texture. Sims text messages in game also have the flying llama, and also some lot traits.

    The game is noticeably laggy, even when my settings are low and i play in laptop mode.

    I disabled mods and still had the issue.

    I only had these issues AFTER installing the November 2019 update for the upcoming University.

    There are probably more issues to my game, but i couldn't play it under the conditions i already encountered. 

    It is also worth mentioning that its affecting all of my game saves. Even the ones that i didnt use any mods in.

    I would attach my photos of my game, but it says the pictures are too big to attach :/

    @PugaLova Luckily I haven't actually experienced major issues, but yeah, all of this started happening after the patch, I did notice the neon patch on one of my sims' focused moodlets but as soon as the duration of it ran out it went away. I wonder what all these missing textures and texts are about, hopefully it will be fixed soon ☹️

    I am seeing the "?" everywhere in world.  One of my house holds are actually now red and white checkered skin with "?".

    Also, any TV i place disappears ?

    I have the missing textures too! Like the loading screen is the flying llama, and when I go to my world all of the icons for like build, to play a household, or like go to the gallery all are glitched out and are just grey squares? It's literally the flying llama everywhere.

    Tried to repair in Origin, same issue. After installing November patch (update) my households do not download, I am getting kicked out of the game. Can I uninstall this update and how?

    Yes, my families do not load, and I am getting thrown out of the game. I deleted all mods, restarted PC, still not fixed
