Build Mode Menu Broken

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? build mode and regular game play
What happens when the bug occurs? build mode menu is jumbled up along with menu bar w/ camera controls, wall up/down view, etc in the top right hand corner i have mods installed on my game, but even when they are removed/disabled the problem still occurs
What do you expect to see? regular build mode menu and menu bar on top right hand corner
