Business Lots not showing.

Get to work, get together, city living, cats & dogs, outdoor retreat, dine out, parenthood, jungle adventure, Perfect Patio Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff, Fitness Stuff, Toddler Stuff , Laundry Day Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visiting any business.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ever since the last update, I will travel to any business...I've tried a clothing store...Vet and once I'm there, Only thing there is a blank lot. My sim went into labor and tried to have the baby at the hospital and it done the same thing. Got to the hospital location but no building just an empty lot.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the business.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Started after the mandatory update.
