Butler option in new sims4 stuff pack nowhere to be found

I installed the new Sims 4 Stuff Pack today and wanted to hire a butler for my sim, but I don't see an option to do that.  i checked to make sure it installed and it said it  did.  I  tried using the Hire a Service on the phone and Hire Staff, it's not listed  under either one.  Anyone having the same issue?  Anyone know why it's doing this or how to fix it?  Thanks for any help
