Can’t access my old account
I had an origin account before and bought a lot of extensions and I lost everything since it’s EA app. I try to connect with my old name but nothing works and I can’t get help from anyone at ea. please help me

Mimipiri No one on this site can fix an account issue. What happens when you try to use the EA help site? If you're not getting live chat, try setting your location in the browser window to U.S. or U.K. and choosing Sims 4 > [see all help topics] > I need help loading my game. I'm seeing live chat as an option right now, once I scroll down a bit.
If you do (or did) get into a live chat and the support rep can't help, please describe what happens in case there's anything you can do on your end.
