Can’t get past Home Screen on sims 4

lizziegeno185​  What happens when you click Resume or Load Game?  Please try the latter if the former doesn't work, and choose to load a different household.

If you use mods or custom content, please also test with your Mods folder removed.  You don't need to save your progress.
