When I start the game I get a pop up of all my mods. There I can click on the check button. But after that nothing in the screen lights up so I can resume my game.
i removed all my mods, repaired the game but still the same outcome.
anybody have a clue what to do? :(
LBTasha11 To be clear, when you've removed your entire Mods folder, you don't get the mods pop-up anymore, but the screen is still dim and unclickable? If so, try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, use ctrl-F to search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
