Can’t launch the game!!

Hi, so I keep trying to launch my game and a big grey pop up comes up saying I need to log in. So I log in with the correct credentials, and it send me into the EA app, where I have to attempt to launch the game again. This is an endless circle. 

could it be an issue with my symlinks? They seem to be connected fine. I just had to redownload the game after deleting it because my files were all messed up, and that’s when the problem began. I’ve been programming and moving files and troubleshooting since Friday. All day every day. I’m so frustrated I want to cry.
