Can i link accounts and have sims 4 on both?

So i want to start making lets play's on youtube for the sims 4. i have sims 4, outdoor retreat, and get to work. i would like to make a new origin account specificly for this. however i cant afford to pay for sims 4 again. the reason i want to have a new account is i let my brother and my friend (who lives with me) use this account and share things to the gallery. so i want an account where everything any viewers i gain see is from me. is this possible. if not does anybody have any suggestions of what i can do instead?  *update* really i just want a way where i can have 2 different orgin id's my private persanol one and the one specificly for youtube.

    No, you need to buy the game again. 
    You can ask EA to put the copy from the one account to the other, but it working on two no.

    As above. You do not buy the game. What you are paying for is a license to play the game. Please read the EULA (end user license agreement) that you should have read and agreed to when you registered the game. I'll give you the cliffnotes version - one license one account and that account can only be opened by one user at a time.
