Can i still use old games on new account?

So, i just downloaded sims 4 on my grandfather's PC and there it worked all fine, but, now i got my own pc and a new user and have forgot the user i had at my grandfather's PC... so i wonder if it is...

    Download and install Origin on your new PC
    http://origin.com/download
    You can't have two accounts. The game will be available only on the account where you registered it.
    Your problem is how to log in to this account. If you forgot the nickname of the user, use the mail address which you provided when registering the game. Try all old emails you might have used. Then click "I forgot my password" and follow the instructions.
    If you forgot even this mail address go to
    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/accidental-second-ea-account/ and follow the steps to recover the old account. If none of that works, click on the "contact us" on that page and a customer service agent may be able to help you track down the account.

    Once you're on your account, go to Origin / Library and download your games from there to your new computer
