CAN I UNINSTALL THE SIMS 4 FROM EA?

Okay so I have a problem right now. I got myself a new computer and I installed EA on it so that I could play The sims 4. But when I install it I am stupid enough to select the wrong language, english. I have always played in swedish and I want my little sister to be able to play but she cant now. I've read that the only way to change language is by uninstalling the game. But does uninstalling it in the EA app remove my purchased packs? I dont really care about the sims ive created on this computer, what matters is if the packs ive bought will remain.
