Can my laptop move faster during game play?

@Sugarless22 All of these are overkill for Sims 4, and for practical purposes, you wouldn't notice any difference in-game. If you wanted to play other much heavier games, you might benefit from the RTX 4070 in the Acer Nitro, but it won't help Sims 4 at all—the 4060 won't be running at anywhere near max capacity.
For the processors, the i7-13700HX in the Predator is significantly faster than the Ryzen 7 7840 HS in the Victus overall, but most of the benefit is in extremely heavy workloads that use most or all of the i7's extra cores. In single core performance, the two processors are very close, meaning performance in a game like Sims 4 that can only use 4 cores should be very close as well. And the Ryzen runs somewhat cooler and uses less battery, if either of these matter to you.
I think in your position, I'd get the Victus because of the combination of price and quality, with there being no reason to spend more money on one of the Acers. But these are all good choices, so pick the one you like for whatever reason matter to you.
