Can only greet patients impatiently
I've tried multiple times, using preexisting Sims and Sims I created to start the Vet career, but it will only let me greet patients impatiently, which drops the clinic score. I have tried repairing...

what mood is your vet in ? I think if they are unkomfortable or angry, that's the option they get.
