Cannot access Mt. Komorebi

I just saw, that now I get a message when I try to access Manage Worlds, it is greyed out and says "Manage World and Switch Household are not accessible in this mode" (whatever this mode is)

@cinnaluna  Please clear Origin's cache:

then repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If this doesn't help, please start a new save and see whether the same issue occurs.  If it does, move your entire Mods folder to your desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and start another new save to test.

I tried all the steps and the only thing that helped was a new save. Does that mean my old one is irreparably damaged or are there ways to save it still? Just asking as there are still a lot of builds I'm working on currently in it..

I’m having the same issue but new save doesn’t work either :-/ 

I had TOOL in, but removing it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm playing with no mods at all and a new file. The old one still doesn't work even with repairing and everything done and without mods. Also the game worked fine with TOOL in it, prior to installing Snowy Escape, I've been testing platforms after the update with only a few select mods on (Twisted Mexi's build mods, including TOOL, Red Shelf and cmd center) and it worked just fine.

@cinnaluna For new worlds, TwistedMexi has to update it again. Not sure if he's done that yet.

Did you delete the localthumbcache as well ? Maybe something got borked on the old save while you had it in.

Try uninstalling just Snowy Escape again (try this: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2015/08/uninstall-single-packs) and then start your game and save it under a new name, then reinstall the pack.

Thank you so much! I do have tool and my exemptions mod just told me that tool is corrupted. @crinrict I will restart the game and see if that helps!
