Cannot change language back to english

Hi everyone, I've been trying to change the language in The Sims 4 back to English, but nothing seems to work. I have already tried going through the game settings, the EA app, and even after reinstalling the game, the language does not switch back. I have looked for tutorials and I haven't found any.

Can anyone please guide me through this, or let me know if there's another way to fix it?
