Before I do this, May I ask what does this do to my computer? WIll it make permanent change or anything?
Flushing DNS basically empties the list of IP addresses registered by your computer for certain websites, and make it look them up again. It poses absolutely no security threat to your computer.
Good to know you've been able to solve your issue though, hopefully the others in this thread can resolve it with the same steps. 🙂
