Cannot Create a pet in CAS

Product: The Sims 4Platform:PCWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Get to work, Vampires, City Living, Get together, Dine out, Backyard stuff, Kids room stuff. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you enter create a pet.What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I enter create a pet (not yet tried with cats) my game crashes and I have to restart computer because the game freezes on my screen unresponsive. (I have no mods) What do you expect to see? I expect, since as I purchased the game, I expect for it to work. I would want to be able to experience create a pet. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded Cats and Dogs‌I don’t have any screenshots as my computer becomes unresponsive.

I am absolutely furious! why make an expansion that cannot be played on a laptop thatI've had no problem playing all of the other expansions. I feel completely Ripped off.

the specs have been slightly raised for this pack and a lot of people are now having issues that didn't although their computer has been below minimum specs all along.&nbsp;

If you could share your spec we can check them to see where the problem lies but games have minimum requirements and most people that are having issues now are on a sub-notebook which is just not made for heavier gaming.

You should be able to get a refund for the pack if you don't meet the requirements but I can't make any promises to that.

I just don't get it, It says the spec for the base game needs 1.8ghz and I've been running that fine (mines 1.6ghz) absolutely no issues, why do they make an expansion to the original game and make it not work?

Because you were lucky that it ran in the first place.

C&amp;D is more demanding so it put over the top.
