cannot save, Error code: 0

I get this code when i try to save. I just started having major problems this morning ☹️

    I was having this problem, but then in my post suggested the crinrict empty the scratch folder. It did not work at first, but he suggested that if it did not work I would have to delete my previous games that are on the saves folder. I did it. I lost my last game, but now I'm getting new family and play normally without errors in construction or shopping and saving properly.

I'm also having this issue sometimes, and not only when my computer is loosing its connection to the web, causing the game experience to drop dramatically.

Unless I'm wrong, the game does not offer any configurable autosave feature, that would highly prevent players from being too heavily impacted by any bug.

    Hi @Tereb,

    The issue that took place here would have been caused by something different. Since 2015 the game has been patched and updated a number of times. It would be best to open a new thread with current information shared inside it in order to receive relevant replies and troubleshooting advise. Please feel free to create a new thread for that and I'll lock this thread in the meantime to limit necroposting.
