Can't bathe dogs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.51.77.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLCs currently available.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try bathing your dogs?
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click on my dog the option to bathe is grayed out and it says "all bathtubs are currently clogged", on every gameplay, every lot. Tubs are all working fine for sims but not for dogs.
What do you expect to see? I was able to bathe my dogs normally but I think once my game got updated it got broken.

So yeah, I can't bathe my dogs on any lot with any sims.
I currently have 1710 objects (only objects, not including hairs, skins...) installed which I suspect might be the cause? I was wondering if that is correct, is there an easier way to find broken object instead of plucking them by hand lol.
