There are a few things you can try when you run into a billing error like this:
- Clear your Origin cache and try the purchase again
- Remove and re-add your credit/debit card from your account
- Check that your billing address exactly matches your payment method
- Try swapping between the Origin desktop client and the website version of Origin
- Make sure the country and location on your account match your actual location
If the payment still doesn't process for you, you'd want to reach out to your bank or payment provider so they can look into this further with you and see why the purchase isn't going through.
