Can't buy sims packs

I have tried several times to buy sims 4 packs but my purchases will not go through. I have tried removing my debit cards and adding them back. I've tried adding another credit card but that doesn't work either. I've tried buying the packs on both EA's app and website. I've also tried live chat with EA but they couldn't help and told me to post here. I don't have the other two payment methods they have to choose from. Does anyone know what I can do?
