Can't buy the Royalty and Legacy bundle

I've tried countless times to buy the new Royalty and Legacy Expansion Pack with the bundle while it's still available, but it seems impossible. At first I thought it would be a "method of payment" problem but i tried to buy a kit and it worked, so I don't get what I'm doing wrong. Every time I try to purchase it, it shows a window to choose a method of payment and when I confirm everything it's supposed to send me to another window that usually tells me to verify it in my bank's account, but this time, I see for a split second, that it isn't possible to purchase it right now, immediatly closes and shows another EA app window in a forever loading screen. Anybody could help please?
