If not, try a different device, preferably one on a different network (for example your phone using data rather than your home wifi). As long as you use the same EA account to buy the bundle, the content will show up in your game library just as if you'd bought it through the EA App.
If hthat doesn't work, try a different payment method. You could even borrow the credit card or PayPal of a friend or family member and pay them back in cash.
