EllaKamil Thanks for the dxdiag. The Sims 4 errors it lists could be due to the graphics driver, and the newest errors are definitely driver-related, so that's the place to start: with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how to do it:
If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag, one run after you reinstall the driver and try to play.
Thank you so much for the reply, i'd done the clean uninstall & reinstall using the method above, and when i tried opening the sims 4, it is still crash after not more than a minute (still in main menu). I think my graphic card need replacement? Here's my latest dxdiag
