EllaKamil This dxdiag shows more errors related to the graphics driver, and since you already clean-uninstalled it, the GPU itself might in fact be the issue. There's an easy test though: remove the graphics card and plug your monitor into the motherboard. You'll be able to use the integrated graphics chip instead, which will be significantly slower than your GTX 1050, but at least you'll see whether Sims 4 works like it should in general.
When you restart with only the iGPU, Windows will need to download a driver for it. So let that happen and then restart again before trying to play Sims 4.
