Exlipbit2 Please clear the EA App's cache, which is different from removing game-related cache files.

Then see whether you can install EbN through the App. And to be clear, did you buy it from EA, or from Steam or Epic? If one of the latter, you'd need to use that launcher to install the pack, always if it's through Steam or just the first time if using Epic.
