No mods, no saves, back to original Sims4

Before the most recent update, I moved my Mods and saves to a different folder. Once game was updated, I opened and played with no MODS with no problem. I added the MODS back into folder and when the game loads I get an exception about multiple smart core mods in MOD folder. I have made sure that the custom content and mods is selected in gameplay options. When I click on view custom content nothing is there.  I deleted the mods that were duplicates or older mods. I have deleted cache and repaired game.  I don’t know what else to do
