3010196  If you bought Horse Ranch through Steam, you'll need to install it, and the Sims 4 base game, through Steam.  I'm not sure why it worked before, but this is normal.  Uninstall the EA App version of the game first, install through Steam, and then open the EA App and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.  You can install the packs under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
