For the bike: Did you check the household inventory too ?

Would be best if you could make a report per issue.

    @my_immortal88 I tested the moodlet solved and it still fills needs for me.

    Is it just those two Sims it doesn't work for ? Do you have any kind of trait that freezes the needs ?
