Cant find fame tile even though it said I recieved it

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.50.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work, cats and dogs, seasons, get famous, city living, toddler stuff, my first pet
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? -
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't find the item in inventory, even though I got the notif. that it was received, and mother famous sims have them in their inventory.
What do you expect to see? Item in inventory
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Hey there Meggxan17;

    Have you attempted to look in your Household Inventory? I've been noticing lately that not only inventory-specific items have been showing up there, but also reward items have sometimes popped up there too.

    Hi @Meggxan17 

    Did you already go to the venue to place it ? You will get it when you try to place it, not before.

    If you did, have you tested this without mods as welll ? (you might need to cheat your Sim one level down and back up again).

    Please keep in mind when you get a reward or tile for doing rabithole work the tile will appear in family inventory because your inventory is unavailable while you are at work. 

    Edit: Also check the mail sometimes its sent through the mail.

    Edit2: I am also going to add other sims inventory.
