Can't Launch The Sims 4 in EA App or Steam Using Parallels

I used to play The Sims 4 on my old (Mac) computer using Bootcamp. I bought the game on Steam and played it through Origin. I have a new Mac computer and I'm trying to re-download the game from Steam and play it with the EA app, but the game won't launch. It says "validating" for a few minutes and then nothing happens. 

I'll attach my diagnostic report. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
