CANT LOAD SAVED GAME (same as most)

Since  8/19 update have not been able to load saved game. With mods endless loop on world screen, without mods game crashes with a message that it is EAs fault no error code.

Removed MODS/CC

repaired several times

cleaned user file 

any other ides
