can't load sims 4 - error d6f91ffb:29f00e76:00000000

I just bought the sims 4. Once it finally installed and i could open it nothing happened. I see a box in my screen. Says that my files are an older version and the sims needs to be updated through ...

someone had same problem with demo this worked for them

I would suggest trying to start the demo after booting your computer in safe mode with networking or reinstalling while in safe mode if that doesn't help:
