@roberta591 Yes I understand! Unfortunately the issue I mentioned in my post is that I CANNOT move the folder. It does not move or copy/paste. Yes, I have tried starting the game in administration mode, thanks though! 🙂 I don't think the Educational version should be an issue since I have played the game for years previously with no issues.

@saikikugou Does your login user have administrator rights? Can you start file explorer as administrator? If your user login does not have administrator rights the only file and folder you can manipulate are file you owns and you have to have administrator rights to change ownership or control other files and folders. Did you create a new user to play this game? Did you check the rights of the user you are presently using? You need to be able to manipulate the game files. As you have an education version of Windows do you own the computer you are using? I'm guessing you may have a school computer? Are you in college? The game creates the user data files but if your user has administrator rights you should ne able to control them.
