Can't open the sims 4

Hello, I am trying to open the sims 4, but every time, I am getting this message, that the game is already running, I restarted my pc, but it didn't help, what can I do?

    Go into Windows task manager make sure Sims 4 is not listed in programs if it is  highlight it and choose end task. If it does not show here click on processes. Make sure Origin.exe and TS4.exe are not running. If they are highlight them and choose end process. then try loading again.
