Can't Open The Sims 4
So, I don't know what's going on, and I've done everything: resetting the app, clearing the cache, resetting my laptop, and troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work! I'm not getting any error messages ...

As for the EA App not recognizing the install, did you move the game's program files? That would be the Sims 4 folder with subfolders like Game, Data, EP01, etc. That shouldn't be in Documents in the first place, and moving it would make the App think the game wasn't present anymore.
