thekaffeehaus This is the same error, unfortunately, and it's not clear where it's coming from. So please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. You'll be able to (try to) launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything.
If you use a third-party antivirus, disable it entirely before creating the new Windows account, and don't reenable it until you've tested Sims 4 once. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
