Can't Open The Sims 4
So, I don't know what's going on, and I've done everything: resetting the app, clearing the cache, resetting my laptop, and troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work! I'm not getting any error messages either.
The game just won't open. I saw a forum that said to run a DXDiag report, so that's attached down below.
Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?
