Can't pay with cash card

I recently bought 3 different Sims 4 cash cards to buy the new expansion and stuff packs available, I was having no issues until the website would not allow me to pay my for order with the cards, I typed in every code multiple times but it didn't work, I tried going to the website on the back of the cards but when I typed in the website it brought up a 404 error page saying it doesn't exist anymore, I want to know if I wasted a total of 75 dollars buying the wrong thing and if I will have to play the base game until I can earn my money back to buy the right thing.

    You may have better luck by going through the Origin application instead of the website. When you add an item to your cart and proceed to check-out, there's an option to use your EA Wallet, which will prompt you to redeem your EA Cash Card codes. Have you already tried this?
