Can't play after EA app switch

@ashjoeksa Please clear the EA App's cache:

then repair the game: open My Collection, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair. Then try to update again if required.
@puzzlezaddict Hi Thanks for the reply. Problem is when I click the three dots on the sims 4 icon the only 2 options are "Loading" which is greyed out and "manage add ons" which just list the DLC I've bought with "Loading" greyed out next to each one. There's no option to repair in there.
