Can't play all my packs
I bought the sims deluxe on steam, then I bought the pet pack, then epic gave away some jungle and party packs, and then I bought the recycling pack at EA. When I enter the game I only see the recycl...

@MoonCuteGlitch Again, you cannot download the packs that you own in the EA App through Steam. You need to download those packs through the EA App, without also downloading the base game through the EA App. Go into your EA App game library, click the Sims 4 icon, and select Manage > Manage Add-ons, then try to download your packs. If you see two Sims 4 entries in your game library, try both of them.
If I tried to do that, it kept trying to download infinitely with the word "preparing" and it didn't download anything.
What I have done is buy the pack of cats and dogs at ea, and uninstall everything from steam
I will not buy anything else on steam, from now everything in ea
in this way there will be no problem, so sad
@MoonCuteGlitch There are a couple of issues with installing Sims 4 packs right now. This one seems to have mostly cleared up:

But you might still be affected. Regardless, clear the EA App's cache (again) and see whether it makes a difference.
