Can't Play in Live Mode After Leaving Magic Realm (Inventory disappears also)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.55.105
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Famous, Get Together, Get To Work, Island Living, and Seasons. Game Packs: Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Dine Out, Jungle Adventure Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Spa Day, and Vampires. Stuff Packs: All of them except Fitness Stuffok and travel back to glimmerbrook and try to enter live mode
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Enter magic realm 2) play in it for a bit, buy things from the casters alley 3) go back to the portal to go back to glimmerbrook
What happens when the bug occurs? Instead of seeing your sim back in glimmerbrook, the map screen pops up of glimmerbrook (where my sim lives) and when you go to click on the house your sim lives in, and start playing, the loading screen pops up, acting like it's going to work, and then at the end of the loading screen, the travel map pops back up. Never letting you enter live mode. The only way to escape it is exit my game to main menu or completely. And if I do that, and go back into the game, even if I saved before exiting, some or all of my sims' inventory is missing and a lot of things I did in the magic realm reverse and act like it never happened. (ex.: became pregnant in the magic realm and came back to glimmerbrook after saving game, quitting game, and coming back to see sim not pregnant anymore. Another example that happens the most, is anything I buy from casters alley, will be taken out of my inventory once the bug happens, I save game, quit, and come back into the game.)
What do you expect to see? Live mode working properly so I can continue playing and my things not disappearing from my inventory. Basically everything to be working normal when playing sims.

If this is because of a mod, can anyone tell me which one it is that is causing this. I have over 4,000 mods and cc combined so I absolutely CAN NOT go through one by one checking them. Thank you in advance.

    @peterpan1703If you try it without mods and it works fine, then you know the problem is your mods.

    I realize having so many mods and going through them is a job and a half, but if you want it fixed, you're just going to have to bite-the-bullet and go through them.

    If you want to play with mods, this is just something you will have to do. Every time the game updates in fact. We all have to.

    Look at it this way...

    If you go through them ALL, figure out which mod is causing the problem. Post that information on a number of forums and you'll be a hero to all other players who are having the same problem.

    I've actually heard the famous Sims YouTuber, Clare Siobhan is having the same problem and can't figure it out. Figure yours out and post it on her channel.

    @Psychotps I guess I’ll have to do that or I might just live with the bug 🤷🏼‍♀️ Idk. Thank you though. I’m going to leave my post up and maybe someone else is having the problem and will see it tell me what their solution was.

    @peterpan1703 Well, Clare has over 1.5 million subscribers, probably wouldn't hurt to check out her videos, someone might have posted it there already.

    If you want to go through your own... you might be able to rule out all mods that are simply CC and not actually gameplay mods. I'm willing to bet that will take a huge chunk out of your mods list. Files that are simply CC aren't very likely at all to cause that kind of problem.

    @peterpan1703 I'm moving this to the tech forum as in the bug forum all reports need to be on vanilla game.

    Please let me know if you get the issue on vanilla and I'll move it back.

    @Sashas0nic i also keep losing invintory items not sure how its trigger also like all my apriations are broken and dont finsh for the new realm of magic content i had to cheat them after hitting goal, also for the master vampire aspiration

    i am on pc and do not use mods at all

    Hi @Rainoa92 you need to start your own thread for the issue, as this one is for someone that used cc, also, better as a standard as you're also experiencing other issues. (re: broken aspirations) In the interim, try 'repairing game'.) then post your 'new thread'.

    on side note i tried that didnt seem to work
    BUT
    FOR SCIENCE to find out if this bug was save, sim or client, kinda bug seeing how it really dont seem much of anyone else is having the bug & i started this new save with the new realm of magic pack >.<

    i played another sim in another household, the aspiration for spellcaster seems to work not tested vampire master one,
    also i have never noticed inv lose during this play time on another sim...
    strange turn of events after playing another sim i went back to the sim in question... i never lost another item as of yet...
