cant play keeps crashing

first sims would load but not show my mods i deleted all them but then i deleted my saved files and wanted to make a new family it wouldnt save to play so it has been unplayable since the update....i uninstalled it...i alsotried to fix it but now it just crashes i have 0 mods in there but now i cant even play at all or start it up i repaired it and redowloaded sims many times at 1st it was saying i dont have space now there is no error code its just crashes i paid way to much money on sims not to be able to play! i have asked in many fbgroups and others are having the same problem after the update also galley isnt showing at all before the update my game was good

    QUEENLYRIC91​  If you haven't already, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

    If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
