Lost my old account, is there a way to get DLC back?

The email tied to my original account no longer exists causing me to not be able to re-login after an update. I still have all of my old game files and they are now connected to this account. The only thing I’m missing is my DLC. Is there any way to recover my DLC without having to repay for it? I had my old account for 7 years and have spent several hundreds of dollars on DLC so I’d really like to have this problem solved.
