Can't play The Sims 4 due to error code [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]

I own the game on steam and I tried multiple fixes, and so far none of them work, my sister owns it on Mac and it works perfectly time but I own it on Windows 11 and every time when I hit play I get ...

    @peterson720   If you have mods remove them and try the game. If the game starts then you have a bad mod.

I've already tried moving the Mods folder, unistalling and reinstalling the game and EA App, deleting the cach and the same error still shows up. Don't know what else to do. Any advices?

@belachiara  Please post the exact error you get, either a screenshot or the full text.  Some of these errors look similar but are distinct.
