@SimmerLauren88 For me it's one area in the right bottom side of my screen I literally just thought it was my computer having this issue, since island living came out my job tab is all screwed up. And I cant press load game to access my previous saved games, and If I'm in build and buy mode i cant access the filter to choose a color or a pack, and if I'm in CAS I can't choose colors on items in that area it sucks.

This is usually related to having notifications enabled in Windows. Although you may not see the notification itself, your computer thinks you're clicking that and not the game. Disable notifications while you're playing and see whether it helps.

You can also try to change resolution settings in the game options - try the highers first, or try to play the game in windowed mode to move this part of the screen from the place of displayed notifications
