Can't Remember Email to Account With Sims 4

Hello,

So I received Sims 4 for Christmas last year and decided I did not like it, but lately i've been wanting to give it another chance. However, I for some reason made up a new email account specifically for this and I can't remember the email to the account that the game is registered. I contacted EA and gave them my product code, and every email I could think of and none of them were the right account. Basically they told me there's nothing I can do since I don't remember what email I used for this account, and obviously I cannot register my game to another account (the one I have been using). My question is, is there anything else I can possibly do? I understand that EA cannot just give me the email to the account i'm looking for but there has to be something else I can do. I have the product code but since it was a gift I don't have the receipt and have no way of actually proving I own the game I guess. I do have the serial code though, so is there any possible way I can find the account linked to that code? I am very frustrated because I have the discs but can't play them without Origin and I don't want to go buy another copy. Please let me know, any help is appreciated!!
