Can't replace lots and can't build
When I try to replace a lot with another, it won't build over top. It just destroys the existing the lot and replaces it with flat land. AND build mode isn't cooperating so I can't build on top of the flat lot anyway. I spend most of game play in build mode, so this is unplayable for me at the moment.
