Cant rotate sim in CAS with keyboard arrows (PC)

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu and Throwback Fit Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and try using arrow keys on keyboard to rotate.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cant rotate the sim using keyboard arrow keys like you could before. You can rotate using the arrows on the screen still however.
What do you expect to see? My sim spinning around when I use my arrow keys in CAS
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

If you go into CAS and use the arrow keys to rotate your sim, they just stand still. They should rotate like they have before.
