Can't Save

Been trying to save in Selvadorada and the icon just is moving for ever. Happened twice in a row now. waited over 15 minutes each time. Beat the NYT wordle, connections, and strands all while waiting for it to finish saving. Had to end up restarting my computer to get out of the game. What is going on here?

I have no mods, and no CC, but every pack. Just repaired the game before all this due to constant 109 errors that I still have. This game is becoming so unplayable and I have hundred of money invested. A night of cozy gaming to turned into hours of errors and crashes.  Please help.

    havehope268  Does this happen anywhere in Selvadorada, or only on a particular lot, or no matter where you try to save your progress in this particular save, or in all saves?  Please test and let me know.  Where necessary, you can use "save as" so you're not overwriting your progress.
